2020 Ford Expedition

There are eight trim levels available for the 2020 Ford Expedition: XLT, XLT Max, Limited, Limited Max, King Ranch, King Ranch Max, Platinum, and Platinum Max. The SUV has a wide stance that gives it an aggressive look. The body-color bumpers and running boards, along with the EasyFuel capless fuel filler keep the lines sleek along the body. The Kings Ranch and Kings Ranch Max trim levels feature 22-inch six-spoke aluminum wheels with painted pockets and a King Ranch center cap. The Platinum Max trim stands out with polished stainless steel accents.

The 2020 Expedition is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost as standard equipment. The engine gets 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. For even more power, opt for the Platinum trim level, which has a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine under the hood and pumps out 400 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. Both available engines are paired to a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.

If you love hitting the trails, opt for the available FX4 Off-Road package. This unique package includes a two-speed automatic four-wheel drive with neutral towing capabilities, premium off-road front and rear shocks, and a 3.72 electronic limited-slip differential. When properly equipped with the Heavy-Duty Trailer package, the Expedition can tow up to 9,300 pounds, making it easy to tow your boat to the lake or trailer full of tools.

There's plenty of room for eight passengers inside the 2020 Expedition. Taller passengers will appreciate the extra legroom in the second- and third-row seats. Third-row power reclining seats are standard equipment, and second-row tip-and-slide seats are available options. There's room for luggage and gear in the cargo area, which includes 121 cubic feet of space. For a more luxurious feel, have a seat inside the King Ranch and King Ranch Max trim levels. They both feature Del Rio leather side rails and a distinctive center console with a Zircote wood veneer. Additionally, these trims include exclusive Kingsville stitching, Del Rio leather, and driver and passenger captain's chairs that are 10-way power-adjustable for maximum comfort. FordPass Connect with 4G LTE Wi-Fi and Ford+Alexa allows you to stay connected while on the go. You can connect up to 10 devices with the hot spot and it even works 50 feet outside of the SUV. Forget about remembering your charger cord for your devices as the Expedition includes wireless charging. The available panoramic Vista Roof with panels over the first and second rows provides excellent views of starry nights.

Ford CoPilot360 is standard in all trim levels of the 2020 Expedition. This safety system includes automatic high-beam headlamps, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, blind-spot information with cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, and a rearview camera.
